Free Injury Assessment
Fast Track Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is proud to offer Free Injury Assessments.
Our staff will assess your injury and give you recommendations for a plan of care. Based on your assessment, we can recommend the appropriate medical professional to match your injury.
