I have had a number of problems over the years including shoulder dislocations, severe back problems, and many many more. At FAST TRACK they were able to take care of all of them and get me back into a pain free state where I can play again. I have just spent my summer at Fast Track and found it to be a life-altering event. As a professional ballet dancer with Ballet West for 11 years, my initial approach to training reflected the ways that had created the success that I already had. Little did I know how little I knew! I had specific muscle weaknesses that were causing knee problems as well as back problems. I am happy, no, thrilled to say that I have been reconstructed into a dancer on the top of her game! I am in the best shape of my life due to the knowledge, care and coaching of the Fast Track staff. The level of personal attention is second to none. They are there with you through the tears and the laughter, through the sweat and frustration, and through the successes, big and small. They care. They actually and truly care. I had knee surgery 5 months ago. Within a month of graduating from physical therapy with George, I was able to begin running longer distances on the trails again. In the three months since graduation, Ive begun racing again and also ran 47 miles rim to rim to rim in the Grand Canyon. Thanks to George and Fast Track for helping me recover from surgery properly so that I could confidently get back on the trails.

I've been West Coast Swing dancing for many years, but as time goes on so does your body. I found myself injuring my piriformis and pinching my sciatic nerve, causing me a whole lot of pain even when I was lying down. Fast Track helped get me back up and enjoy what I love to do in a short period of time. Their expertise in body mechanics was outstanding, and they were very helpful in helping me understand my injury. The best part of the experience was the one-on-one attention I received throughout my whole treatment. I was never left to an assistant and examined for only a few minutes like some other PT clinics I was guided by George and Cherianne every step of the way. The care I received was beyond what I expected, and the Fast Track team is an extraordinary group of people I consider caring and authentic. Now I am on two feet and back in the "swing" of things on the dance floor.

My teenage son has a condition called hemihyperplasia. After having surgery Cherianne not only worked with him to help him get full mobility back from the surgery but when an extra mile in helping my son gain strength and flexibility on the side effected by the hyperplasia. Working with her has been life changing for him. His gait changed, his pain reduced, and his confidence grew. Cherianne means more to our family then even she knows. I had shoulder surgery two months ago. I've been going to FASTTRACK since they opened to rehab my shoulder. I am extremely pleased with my progress and recovery process. The clinic has a nice atmosphere with great people. Kevin and George are not only good at what they do but are also great people to be around. Ive been a marathon and ultra-marathon runner for the past 5 years and I have had a variety of running related injuries. Dr. Mecham is extremely knowledgeable and detail-oriented. She gives instructions and feedback clearly and concisely and you can tell she really cares about healing and strengthening her patients, and reducing their pain.
