I have just spent my summer at Fast Track and found it to be a life-altering event. I had specific muscle weaknesses that were causing knee problems as well as back problems. I am happy, no, thrilled to say that I have been reconstructed into a dancer on the top of her game! I am in the best shape of my life due to the knowledge, care and coaching of the Fast Track staff. The level of personal attention is second to none. I've been West Coast Swing dancing for many years, but as time goes on so does your body. I found myself injuring my piriformis and pinching my sciatic nerve, causing me a whole lot of pain even when I was lying down. Fast Track helped get me back up and enjoy what I love to do in a short period of time. The best part of the experience was the one-on-one attention I received throughout my whole treatment.
